About Mother Radiance
Mother Radiance is a family owned company designed to give clients the professional care they deserve. Mother Radiance uses evidence based facts, divine intuition and uplifting care to provide exceptional service.
Hi, I’m Kaffia Radiance Gammon—licensed neuromuscular massage therapist, certified birth doula, mother of three, and founder of Mother Radiance Professional Massage and Birth Services.
Before entering the world of maternal wellness, I worked in television and film, following in the footsteps of my father and other family members. As a freelance associate producer, I contributed to shows like Paternity Court and Divorce Court. On my final day of filming, I was in a car accident that changed the course of my life.
During recovery, I met a chiropractor who encouraged me to explore massage therapy. I took that leap, enrolled in massage school, and—thanks to educational grants and the unwavering support of my then-boyfriend (now husband), who worked three jobs so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket—I completed my training.
Although I delayed using my license due to the pandemic, stepping into this work was like stepping into my purpose.
As a mother of three who has experienced three very different births, I know firsthand the physical, emotional, and spiritual demands of pregnancy and childbirth. That experience fuels my passion for supporting others through their own journeys.
I provide trauma-informed, spiritually intuitive, and size-inclusive care, specializing in prenatal, labor, and postpartum massage. I also teach infant massage to parents and professionals and offer doula support, blending emotional presence with therapeutic touch in what I call “massage doula” care.
Beyond the hands-on work, I’m on a mission to teach others—especially healthcare professionals—about the life-changing, evidence-based power of maternal massage. I believe this work is essential, not optional.
My practice is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and a deep commitment to equity. I believe that when we nurture the body, we protect the mind—and when we uplift birthing people, we transform entire communities.
I’m so glad you’re here..
